Laura Gottschalk

The person

Laura Gottschalk has been working at the IZT since July 2020 and is employed in the BilRess project office in Friedberg.

From December 2019 to May 2020, she was employed as a junior PR consultant focusing on health and nutrition at an owner-managed agency.

After her studies, she spent time abroad in New Zealand, which involved volunteering through the WWOOF network (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms).

In January 2019, she completed her studies in nutritional sciences at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen. The focus was on sustainable nutrition and nutrition communication. Besides her studies, she was active as a volunteer in the student working group on nutrition ecology and completed a semester abroad at the University of Eastern Finland.

Laura Gottschalk was already employed as a working student in the BilRess network between 2017 and 2019.
