Work package and approach of the IZT
In the project network, the IZT – Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment is responsible for the core concept "qualification and further training", as all teams that form as a result of internal crowdsourcing should be offered customized competence promotion. To facilitate this, the IZT will conduct interviews with employees and management to raise expectations and demands of new qualification practices through IC. The results of these interviews will build the foundation for scenario workshops with these stakeholders. The results of these workshops will be used to develop a mutually negotiated solution.
