Strong Craftswomen in trade: Energy + Efficiency
Trade provides a significant contribution to implementing the Federal Government's climate protection targets en however the potential is far from being maximised. New approaches to problem solving, in particular with innovative services, can be systematically opened up – also in cooperation with other companies or at the interface with the user.
The overarching aim of this project proposal was to purposefully raise the potential with and for craftswomen. Associations and entrepreneurial women act as multipliers in this who are themselves active in the trade, are experts or working wives, partners, daughters or daughters-in-law, who are typically completely involved in the decision-making process of the company.
As a process model, the systematic development of services (service engineering) came into operation. Network activities and active public relation efforts were the stabilising elements. Project progress was continuously evaluated in terms of the benefit for climate protection and efficiency.
