More Sustainability in the Foodsector (KORN-SCOUT)

The focus is on classic craft trades in which grain is processed for professional education: Especially millers, brewers, bakers and confectioners should get provided with innovative didactic material in training and further training so that they get qualified for more sustainable acting in their everyday work. The scientists use"KORN-Scouts" which spread the new gained capabilities as a "Change Agents". Practice partner is inter alia the central association of the german baker trade. In the project developed education material is provided after a successful test phase as Open Educational Resources.
