Projektassistenz (m/w/d) für Kommunikation und Veranstaltungsmanagement

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 1. Juli 2026 eine engagierte und vielseitige Person für eine Teilzeitstelle (60%-80 %). Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwölf Monate befristet, mit dem Ziel einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit. Die Vergütung erfolgt in Anlehnung an den TVöD Bund (EG 9 -10 je nach Qualifikation).

Your job profile

Als zentrale Ansprechperson organisieren unsere Veranstaltungen und sorgen für Sichtbarkeit nach außen an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft, Öffentlichkeit und Organisation:

• Veranstaltungsmanagement: Sie planen und koordinieren Workshops, Konferenzen und Online-Meetings – von der ersten Raumbuchung über die Teilnehmerbetreuung vor Ort bis zur technischen Unterstützung digitaler Formate. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, werten Feedback aus und dokumentieren Ergebnisse.
• Science communication: Sie pflegen unseren Webauftritt und verschiedene Projektwebseiten, betreuen Newsletter und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, wissenschaftlichen Postern und Flyern. Auf LinkedIn und Instagram bauen Sie unsere Sichtbarkeit weiter aus und gewinnen neue Mitglieder.
• Organisation: Sie recherchieren zu Kooperationspartnern, pflegen Datenbanken, übernehmen Protokolle und erstellen Redaktionspläne für die Veröffentlichung von Projektbeiträgen, Pressemeldungen etc. aus den verschiedenen Forschungsclustern.

Your personal profile

Sie verfügen über einen Bachelorabschluss in Kommunikations- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und bringen idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr einschlägiger Erfahrung im Veranstaltungs- und Projektmanagement, Wissenschaftskommunikation und Social-Media-Management mit.

Was uns wichtig ist:

• klare, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation – schriftlich wie mündlich
• sicherer Umgang mit CMS (z. B. WordPress), Social-Media-Tools und Grafikprogrammen (z. B. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Teamarbeit
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

A position within the framework of the Voluntary Ecological Year (FÖJ) is available every year from 1 September. Please send FÖJ applications to the Foundation for Nature Conservation, as it is responsible for the pre-selection. The first places are allocated by the Foundation from March.
